ardbat came to Hong Kong on the evening of December 29, 2004 at the Governor's Club in Hong Kong. Jeff Louie met up with Philip Lam and his friend Alvin for about 40 minutes of hardbat versus hardbat, and another 40 minutes of hardbat versus sponge. Philip and Alvin enjoyed it so much that they will start their regular sponge practice sessions with 30 minutes of hardbat.
